God has generously provided in so many ways for Mosaic. He has blessed us with faithful members and a steady stream of people going through our Membership class. He has provided excellent staff members to lead our ministry environments. He continues to provide for us tangibly through a place to gather and with healthy giving…there is so much to be grateful for!

At the same time, we continue to need new leaders for our Groups ministry. People continue to sign up to get into a group but we have no place to send them because we don’t have enough leaders.

I’ve been at Mosaic long enough now to have heard many express a longing for deeper relationships within the church. Many opinions and ideas have been shared with me about ways community can be enriched at Mosaic. These longings can be good and the ideas and opinions can be helpful, but we still need people to step in to participate in the work of cultivating community. I am praying for God to provide in this way.

Groups are the “living room” of Mosaic—they are where we live out what we are taught from God’s word in the other ministry environments of our church. Groups are where we consistently confess, pray, encourage, meet needs, and engage our community together. If you have had any interest at any point in learning more about what is involved in leading a group, mark your calendar for Sunday, June 22nd. We will meet upstairs right after church to share necessary information, answer questions, and clarify next steps for anyone who is interested in leading a group at some point in the future. This is an informational meeting, so you are not committing to lead by attending.
