I grew up in Kirbyville, TX and made my way to Dallas after graduating from Texas A&M in 2015 to be an external auditor. I quickly realized that audit wasn’t the career path for me and found myself working for Northwest Bible Church as the Connecting Director. There, I found a love for supporting the local church as a member of staff.
I’m married to Josh Rikard, and have two kids, Deacon and Edie, who I was able to spend 5 years with at home with. We bought a house in the Yale Park neighborhood of Richardson and started attending Mosaic in 2021. Then, in 2025, I was asked to join the staff team and now I get to support our church through overseeing our operations.
I love intentional questions, group logic games, and Tex-Mex food. You can find me any given weekend rooting for the Aggies or on a neighborhood walk with our kids.
My hope for Mosaic is the same that I have for myself, that we would continue to grow in spiritual maturity. That our collective and individual lives would be marked by a fervor for sharing the good news of the gospel with our neighbors and that we’d leave the sweet aroma of Christ all throughout Richardson.
